We only accept returns for sealed, unopened products in their original packaging, and these must be made directly to the courier at the point of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping or delivery fees associated with the return. Due to food safety regulations, perishable and frozen items are strictly non-refundable once accepted. Once our courier verifies the returned items, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 24 hours.
